1. Guarantee of Service Quality

Hair Again Clinic guarantees that all procedures are performed using advanced techniques and equipment that meet international standards. Our medical team consists of highly qualified specialists dedicated to delivering the best possible care.


 

2. Guarantee of Results

We guarantee visible hair growth within 12 months of the procedure, with full results typically developing by 18 months post-treatment. If the expected hair growth is not achieved within 18 months, we will provide a complimentary corrective procedure, subject to the following conditions:

    • The patient must strictly follow all post-procedure care instructions provided by our medical team.
    • The patient must submit photo updates at the required intervals (see the “Evaluation Process” section below).
    • The patient must visit our clinic in Cancún for an in-person assessment and potential corrective procedure.
    • The guarantee applies only if the initial procedure is deemed unsuccessful by our medical experts based on documented evidence.

4. No Refund Policy

Hair Again Clinic does not provide monetary refunds under any circumstances. Our commitment to quality is demonstrated through our corrective procedure guarantee rather than financial reimbursements. Patients accept that the procedure is a medical service with results varying based on individual biological factors.


 

5. Evaluation Process

To ensure the best results, patients must submit progress photos at the following intervals:

  • 2 weeks post-procedure

  • Every month for the first 6 months

  • At 12 months

  • At 18 months

These reports allow our team to track hair growth, provide tailored care recommendations, and determine eligibility for the results guarantee.

🚨 Failure to submit these reports as required will void the guarantee.


 

6. Conditions for Guarantee Eligibility

The results guarantee is valid only if the following conditions are met:

  • The patient follows all post-operative care instructions, including:

    • Taking prescribed medications as directed

    • Maintaining proper scalp hygiene

    • Avoiding activities that may hinder recovery (e.g., heavy exercise, direct sun exposure)

  • The patient attends all scheduled follow-up appointments (either in person or virtually).

  • The patient provides photographic updates as outlined in the “Evaluation Process” section.


 

7. Limitations of Guarantee

The guarantee does not apply under the following circumstances:

  • The patient fails to comply with post-procedure care instructions.

  • External factors beyond our control (e.g., underlying health conditions, genetic predisposition) negatively affect the results.

  • The patient undergoes additional hair treatments from other providers within the guarantee period.

  • The patient engages in activities that contradict medical advice and impact hair growth.

  • The patient fails to attend required follow-ups or submit progress reports.

  • Force majeure events prevent the patient from visiting the clinic for corrective treatment (e.g., pandemics, natural disasters, travel bans).


 

8. Additional Costs

The guarantee covers the cost of a corrective procedure only. Any additional expenses, including but not limited to travel, accommodation, and personal costs associated with visiting the clinic for evaluation or treatment, are the patient’s responsibility.


 

9. How to Claim the Guarantee

If you believe you qualify for a corrective procedure under this guarantee, follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us – Reach out to our team within the 18-month period via phone or email.

  2. Schedule an Evaluation – Arrange an in-person consultation at our clinic in Cancún.

  3. Assessment & Treatment – Our medical team will review your case, and if eligible, we will perform a complimentary corrective procedure.

🚨 Guarantee claims made after the 18-month period or without the required documentation (e.g., photo reports) will not be honored.


 

10. Legal Disclaimer

  • Individual Results May Vary – Hair growth outcomes depend on genetic, health, and lifestyle factors. While we strive for the best results, we cannot guarantee identical outcomes for every patient.

  • Non-Transferability – The guarantee is non-transferable and applies only to the patient who received the procedure.
